Position Description
Candidates will start on first shift to get trained for about 4-6 months and then move to 2nd shift to support our Composite Wing Center (CWC) rate increases in 2025
Provides numerical control, machining and programming technical experience. Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility. Plans, creates, verifies and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies for departmental work. Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment. Works under general direction.
Searching for QTY 2 Composite NC Programmers to provide Numerical Control Programming Expertise within the Pre-Cure / Green Part Space to support the manufacturing of detail parts within the 777 Composite Wing Center within the Everett site. Looking for skilled Programmers to create, verify, & revise Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry, and documentation that directs the operation of Optical Layup Template & Ultrasonic Knife Cutting equipment. In addition, the successful candidates will be able to provide machine operator instructions / documentation for automated or numerically controlled equipment’s such as AFPs and ATLMs
